Reviews and Ratings
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully done, offering a magnetic view of snow-covered mountains with Devadāru trees. The room service and housekeeping were excellent, and the food was top-notch. However, there was one minor issue with service that can be overlooked.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms on the 3rd Floor with a Private Balcony were very clean and well-maintained. The service was nice and quick, and the staff was helpful, polite, and caring. The location was a little away from the city's hustle bustle, giving a serene atmosphere. The dining experience was delicious, with a good variety of options in the hotel restaurant. The facilities provided were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and good, and the staff was very neat & clean, super fast room service, well-mannered, well-behaved & very well dressed up. However, Mr Ankush Sharma, The Restaurant Incharge, was not as helpful. The location was spacious and very neat and clean with a nice aroma of a good-quality room freshener. The dining experience was really yummy, but the hot food items were just average.
The hotel offers really good and neat rooms that were sanitized before check-in, exceeding my expectations in size compared to similar hotels. The service, except for one staff member, was excellent during my 3-night stay. The location on Naggar Road provided a pleasant and calm stay, a bit far from the main market, and the dining experience was great with a warm and friendly service. Some facilities were missing, but overall it was a pleasant stay.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, though with a backside hill view, are nicely decorated and offer a great view of nature from the balconies. The big wardrobe was a plus, but it felt like a lower class property.
